The people's organization for women empowerment trust (power) is a women-headed, women-led, and women-managed not-for-profit organization established in 1998. We work to challenge socio-economic injustice, gender-based violence, and cultural practices that perpetuate inequality among rural and marginalized women in Tamil Nadu.
